  • Translate business needs into clear NetSuite workstreams, owners, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify scope gaps, process gaps, configuration risks, reporting gaps, and operational readiness issues.
  • Manage implementation partner activities and hold vendors accountable for deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a realistic project plan.
  • Maintain issue, risk, decision, dependency, and change-control logs.
  • Coordinate UAT planning, test scripts, defect tracking, retesting, and business signoff.
  • Support data migration planning and validation.
  • Support cutover planning and go/no-go decision-making.
  • Provide concise executive-level status reporting.
  • Escalate risks early and clearly.
  • Help the company move from implementation uncertainty to a controlled execution path.

  • Experience joining an implementation already in progress.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP business processes.

  • Ability to assess unclear or incomplete project status and create an executable recovery plan.
  • Experience managing third-party implementation partners.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and project governance discipline.
  • Experience with UAT, cutover, data migration, defect management, and go-live readiness.
