You provide strategic advice, lead complex projects, and ensure quality control and coordination within the Expert Practice Public Procurement.

You take the lead in the most challenging files and support teams in audits, where you translate sharp analyses into concrete recommendations and control measures. Thanks to your expertise, you ask the right questions and elevate processes to a higher level. As a people manager, you inspire colleagues and clients. You encourage knowledge development through training, workshops, and innovative solutions, thereby contributing to the future of public procurement.

Your role in practice

You draft complex specifications from A to Z and ensure legal and procedural correctness. You manage procurement files, monitor priorities, schedules, and timelines, and ensure smooth follow-up. You conduct audits and analyses for local governments, non-profit organizations, and hospitals. Within our Expert Practice of Public Procurement, you define strategic guidelines and manage junior and medior consultants. You ensure a strong match between tasks and expertise. You lead a team of consultants, coach them, and ensure their professional growth. Flexibility is key!
