As Title Producer, you will ensure that members experience the highest quality dubbed audio and expertly crafted subtitles, preserving creative intent and enhancing the localized experience for viewers everywhere. With Netflix's ongoing international expansion, support for new languages, and the introduction of new content genres, providing world-class dubbing and subtitling services is essential to our success, making this an exciting time to join the company.

The Role

The Title Producer team will serve as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end localization process across all assigned titles in their country or slate. This role is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of dubbing, subtitling, main/episodic titles, accessibility, and marketing assets, ensuring that all localized content reflects Netflix's creative vision and meets regional standards for quality and authenticity. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Content, Post, Marketing, external partners and more, to optimize workflows, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement. By championing operational excellence, this role plays a critical role in delivering a world-class member experience and supporting the successful global launch of Netflix content.

Requirements
  • 5 or more years of project management experience in a high-demand, fast-paced environment, ideally in the entertainment industry; experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, supervising several projects at various points of production (from development through delivery).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively in collaboration with creative, operational, and technical teams.
  • Make sound independent decisions, and know when to elevate issues
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and solutions-oriented; able to identify root causes, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of change and ambiguity; comfortable with evolving priorities and new challenges.
  • Passion for operational efficiency or project management.
