Job description

Job Title: Sr. Storage Engineer / Infrastructure Architect | NetApp & Kubernetes (OpenShift)
Location: Richardson, TX | West Lake, TX | South Lake, TX and Irving, TX - Onsite
Duration: 6-month contract (with possible extension)

Note: Must be willing and able to be Onsite 5 days per week. Though, onsite all the time will not be required, some weeks may be 5 days some less. It depends on what is going on, but must be willing to be onsite 5 days per week if needed.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Storage Engineer / Infrastructure Architect with deep expertise in enterprise-grade NetApp storage systems and containerized environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural design, provisioning, management, and troubleshooting of a high-performance private cloud storage infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional enterprise storage and modern cloud-native orchestration, specifically leveraging NetApp Trident to provision and manage persistent storage for Red Hat OpenShift clusters.

Top Skills:
#1 OpenShift/Kubernetes experience trouble shooting end-to-end
#2 Strong Storage Troubleshooting NetApp is strongly preferred, but if they have everything else, and similar storage experience, they can get them up to speed on the NetApp piece
- Linux experience
- NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, or SAN experience
- Able to troubleshoot end-to-end
- High availability / Resiliency experience
