    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise telephony or unified communications platforms, with strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams Phone / Enterprise Voice.
    • Solid understanding of VoIP and SIP-based telephony, including Direct Routing concepts, SBCs, call routing, auto attendants, and call queues.
    • Experience working with telecom or cloud telephony providers for number management, provisioning, and issue resolution.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID as it relates to Teams and voice services.
