To thrive as a Neta (fishing vessel operator), you need comprehensive knowledge of marine navigation, fishing techniques, and relevant safety regulations, often obtained through maritime training or licensure. Familiarity with marine navigation equipment, sonar, GPS systems, and catch management reporting tools is typically expected.
