Serves as the property Manager on Duty and directs all property operations during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the highest-ranking manager on site, directing all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring compliance with Remington Lodging & Hospitality standards.
  • Supervises night audit procedures, reviews AM/PM discrepancy reports, and handles night-time financial transactions, including posting charges and managing billing.
  • Resolves guest complaints, concerns, and emergencies professionally, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
  • Communicates with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance needs and ensures the lobby is prepared for the following day.
