We're seeking multiple Production Supervisors to lead our night shift operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time project execution while developing and coaching a skilled production team.


What We're Looking For:

  • 7-10 years of manufacturing or industrial experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience leading teams of 50+ employees in a fabrication & assembly environment
  • Strong mechanical background with pumps, motors, process piping, valves, and instrumentation
  • Ability to read and interpret advanced diagrams and drawings
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
