Interview Process
Must interview in person (no remote interviews accepted).
Two 50-minute interviews: one focused on technical skills and one focused on communication and technical skills.
This is a 7-month contract position (likely longer-termed/ongoing) with hybrid work mode in Richfield, Minnesota. The role focuses on developing orchestration capabilities for a unified developer platform to streamline the introduction and consumption of cloud services.
Core Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer IV will be responsible for:
Creating software and infrastructure to build orchestration components using preferred tooling and development practices.
Directing staff to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems.
Reviewing and approving the planning and implementation of security measures.
Monitoring performance, making adjustments, and providing strategic counsel on future changes.
