Security 101 - Minneapolis is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business and exceed sales targets. If you are a $1M+ producer with expertise in RMR-driven security sales (access control, video surveillance, managed services, cloud-hosted solutions, etc.) and have a strong track record in hunting new business and closing deals, we want to talk to you!

Salary:

Competitive compensation: $130k = On-Target-Earnings = (Base + Uncapped Commission).

To assist you in successfully meeting sales goals, you will also be provided with a monthly car stipend/mileage reimbursement, laptop, cell phone, and premium CRM/lead generation tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo).

Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven closer with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on enterprise security solutions.
  • Consistent history of $1M+ annual sales production with experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients (100+ employee organizations).
  • Proven success selling multi-year contracts with RMR (e.g., managed access control, video surveillance-as-a-service).
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills with C-level/VP-level network in healthcare, education, manufacturing, and other commercial sectors.
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Technical proficiency using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and search tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities net-new enterprise deals with mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients (100+ employee organizations).
  • Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Partner with National Strategic Partners (e.g., Axis, Genetec, Lenel, Software House, Exacq) to deliver cutting-edge AI and IoT-driven solutions.
  • Develop tailored security solutions (access control, visitor management, video surveillance, RMR-driven tech) to meet client needs via consultative sales.
  • Work with engineering and project management teams to design customized security solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas ($1M+ annually) with a focus on multi-year contracts and recurring revenue models.

Education:

  • High School (or GED) minimum requirement
  • 4-year degree preferred
