We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and Azure cloud services. This role blends hands-on development, technical leadership, and architectural decision-making to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will lead complex application initiatives, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. 15+ years of software development experience
  2. 5+ years with .NET Framework and Microsoft technologies
  3. 5+ years in a Lead/Team Lead .NET role
  4. 7+ years with Angular, React, or Blazor
  5. 5+ years developing and deploying applications in Azure using CI/CD

Preferred Skills:-
  1. Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  2. Azure services (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Event Grid)
  3. API design, microservices, and distributed systems
  4. SQL Server / Azure SQL, Entity Framework
