Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated Senior .NET Azure Full Stack Developer / Technical Project Lead with strong expertise in Client Azure and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will support enterprise applications and operational excellence initiatives through hands-on development, technical project management, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C# .NET, .NET Core, and Python.
• Build and support cloud-native solutions leveraging Client Azure services.
• Analyze and extract data from enterprise platforms such as COSMOS DB and Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and operational reporting.
• Manage project activities, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external auditors, and business stakeholders.
• Track, prioritize, and manage tasks, defects, and enhancement requests using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and implement process improvements.
• Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives to ensure platform stability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Participate in incident management and be available for 24x7 production support coverage when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and operational best practices.
