Join Nestle Health Science's R&D team to shape sustainable innovation. You'll assess the environmental impact of packaging and food processing, turn data into actionable insights, and explore new ingredients and technologies that deliver real sustainability benefits. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead handson sustainability assessments using Nestle Health Science's internal Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools to evaluate the environmental impact of packaging formats and food processing technologies. 
Collaborate with crossfunctional R&D teams to collect, organize, and analyze key data-helping quantify the environmental footprint of ingredients used across Nestle Health Science portfolio. 
Explore and assess innovative, sustainabilitydriven ingredients and technologies, providing insights that directly shape future R&D initiatives. 
Contribute to building sustainability capability within the R&D Center, helping teams understand tools, metrics, and best practices that drive more sustainable product innovation. 

Experience: 

  • Experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) or other sustainability analysis methods. 

  • Skills in data analytics and visualization; proficiency in Power BI is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of packaging development and its environmental impact.

This internship will start as soon as possible in Bridgewater, NJand will be full-time over the summer, with the possibility of transitioning to part-time in the fall.  

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $27-$28. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
