Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures. This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00pm-7:30am. ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Position Summary

As a Senior Material Handler, you'll lead the accurate dispensing and handling of raw materials to support production. You'll verify labels, document processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You'll also mentor team members, assist with inventory adjustments, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your attention to detail and leadership help us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.

Responsibilities
  • Dispense raw materials according to specifications
  • Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately
  • Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies
  • Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision
  • Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments
  • Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts
  • Mentor peers and support a positive team environment
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 2–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
Skills
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive
  • Skilled at guiding others and supporting team goals
