Marketer-Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Overview:
Tim & Hegan Mobility is seeking a results-driven Marketer with experience in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to increase trip volume, establish referral partnerships, and strengthen brand visibility within the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to grow NEMT client base
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and senior care facilities
  • Coordinate outreach efforts with case managers, social workers, and discharge planners
  • Identify and secure new contracts with brokers, insurance providers, and managed care organizations
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, local listings, paid ads, email outreach)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on ROI and conversion metrics
  • Represent the company at community events, healthcare networking functions, and industry meetings
  • Collaborate with operations team/management to align marketing promises with service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in NEMT, healthcare, or transportation services
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid transportation, broker systems, and referral networks
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close partnership agreements
