Job description
At Rezilient, we're redefining what primary care looks like by making it more accessible, seamless, and patient-centered than ever before. Through our innovative CloudClinic model, we combine virtual provider visits with smart, tech-enabled infrastructure to deliver timely, personalized care. By removing traditional barriers to access and continuously expanding our specialty offerings, we're building a healthcare experience that is as convenient as it is comprehensive.
About the Role
Rezilient is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and care delivery roles across our growing, mission-driven organization. This role will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, screening, and guiding clinical candidates through an efficient and high-quality hiring process, with a primary focus on Providers (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants), Paramedics, Care Navigators, Care Managers, and other patient-facing clinical staff.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of clinical hiring including licensing, credentialing timelines, scope of practice, and what motivates healthcare professionals to make a career move. You are a relationship-builder at heart, comfortable engaging high-demand clinical talent, and skilled at moving searches forward with urgency and care. If you are a self-driven recruiter with a strong sense of ownership, excellent follow-through, and the ability to navigate complex clinical hiring pipelines without sacrificing candidate experience, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle clinical recruiting for Provider roles (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs) and care team positions including Clinic Medics, Care Navigators, and Nurse Navigators, from intake and sourcing through credentialing coordination and offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations leaders, and the Talent Acquisition team to define candidate profiles, align on role requirements, and maintain momentum across all active clinical searches.
- Source and engage passive and active clinical candidates through physician-specific job boards, LinkedIn, healthcare networks, specialty associations, professional referrals, and resume databases, building strong pipelines for high-priority and future roles.
- Conduct candidate screens to assess licensure, experience, clinical philosophy, practice preferences, compensation expectations, and alignment with Rezilient's care delivery model and mission.
- Coordinate interviews and clinical assessments, manage scheduling logistics, prepare candidates for each step, and ensure hiring leaders have structured evaluation support throughout the process.
- Understand and communicate credentialing and privileging requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with People Operations and Clinical Operations to ensure a seamless transition from offer to start for all clinical hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline stages, interview feedback, and recruiting activity in Workable and/or other ATS tools.
- Draft and manage candidate communications that reflect Rezilient's clinical mission and create a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience from first touch through onboarding.
- Help maintain recruiting templates, outreach messaging, job posting workflows, clinical scorecards, and process documentation to improve speed and consistency across clinical searches.
- Track clinical hiring activity, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and surface insights to improve recruiting efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals, with demonstrated success placing Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or allied health roles in a healthcare or digital health organization.
- Familiarity with clinical licensing, credentialing, scope of practice across Provider and care team roles.
- Experience using Workable, Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms; comfort with physician-specific job boards and sourcing tools (e.g., PracticeLink, NEJM CareerCenter).
- Willingness to take full ownership of clinical requisitions, candidate experience, and follow-through.
- Demonstrates the urgency, persistence, and grit required to advance hard-to-fill searches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-first approach; able to build trust and rapport with candidates and hiring leaders through authenticity, warmth, responsiveness, and timely updates.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting quickly to shifting hiring priorities and maintaining motivation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clinical searches simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and ensuring all logistics are precise.
- Possesses a problem-solving mindset and sound clinical market knowledge; coachable and welcomes feedback to continuously improve recruiting workflows.
- Energized by incorporating AI-enabled sourcing and productivity tools to improve pipeline velocity and candidate experience, while maintaining a human-centric, relationship-driven approach.
Benefits
This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.
