Job description

The Business Lead will set the strategic direction for Ring and Blink's business across Mexico, owning sales and business development for the region. Additionally, the role will support business development and account management across Latin America. This role requires a leader who can navigate complex retail partnerships, drive cross-functional alignment, and build a scalable foundation for continued growth.

The position requires a start-up mentality, hands-on execution, and the ability to operate as the regional expert. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering business outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Execute the strategic direction for Ring and Blink's business in Mexico, aligned with global objectives and regional opportunities
- Support ongoing business development and account management activities across Latin America
- Build and manage relationships with key retail partners to drive sales growth and expand brand presence
- Own the regional growth plan - identifying the right investments and partnerships to accelerate Ring and Blink's product lines
- Lead cross-functional coordination across supply chain, finance, product, legal, and certification teams to deliver seamless in-market execution
- Relay retailer and consumer insights to product teams to shape roadmap decisions and improve market fit
- Track emerging trends and position Ring and Blink as the leading home security brands in the region
- Represent Ring and Blink at industry events, PR activities, and retailer engagements to build market credibility
- Frequent travel to Latin America and Mexico
