About the Opportunity

As an Associate Consultant at CMC, youโ€™ll develop core sales skills including relationship building, negotiation, and business development. Youโ€™ll start by focusing on candidate sourcing and, as you progress, expand into client-facing sales and account management.

  • Source and engage top talent across engineering, project management, and energy sectors
