This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in Tuition Reimbursement.

Overview:

As our practice grows, Elite Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy is seeking both Full-Time and Part Time Physical Therapists. Candidates with a minimum of 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will be considered for Regular Part-Time positions.

Recently graduated Physical Therapists will be supported through our mentoring program.

Caseload / Patient Population:

Our Physical Therapists work in a dynamic outpatient general orthopedics setting, treating patients of all ages. The caseload for this position involves a focus of working with a sports/athletic/active population. Bring your passion and talents to join a winning team!

Full-time PTs will be expected to grow their schedule to treat 10-12 patients per day.

The desire to develop a clinical specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting salary for full-time clinicians will be $85,000, with a range commensurate with experience and clinical specialties and certifications.

Elite Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and a 401(k) plan. Other outstanding benefits are offered such as continuing education reimbursement, relocation assistance, and paid time off. We offer up to $10k tuition reimbursement and full payment for approved specialty certifications (i.e. manual therapy residency/LTC, Dry Needling, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, etc.) with a two-year commitment.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Thursday: 7am-7pm, Friday: 7am-4pm. No weekends. No major holidays! Typically, the work schedule for full-time clinicians includes working Monday-Thursdays 2 days at 7am-4pm, and 2 days at 10am-7pm, and Fridays

7am-4pm.

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for VA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • Must be legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Prior outpatient orthopedics experience is preferred.

  • The ideal candidate is dual certified PT/ATC or SCS credentialed.

  • Candidates with a CSCS certification are also encouraged to apply.

  • New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week is preferred.

  • Part-time candidates with 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
