Job description

Primary Role in the Organization:

Support production by meeting requirements regarding shipping, receiving and material handling duties. NOTE: THIS IS A SECOND (2nd) SHIFT POSITION ONLY 3:00PM – 11:30PM

Overtime may be required in this position.


Reports To:

Supervisor, Shipping, Receiving

Responsibilities:

1. Unload & receive all items/materials delivered to NRI.

2. Put incoming product in appropriate areas.

3. Pull material orders & deliver to production areas

4. Maintain accurate inventories in the warehouse

5. Hook up & unload any bulk tanker truck

6. Support production departments with empty packaging as needed

7. Move all necessary materials

8. Move finished product to storage areas

9. Pull parts from warehouse storage area, assemble into loads

10. Scan loads to create shipping documents, when applicable

11. Prepare appropriate paperwork for load not scanned

12. Load trucks per customer orders

13. Ensure all paperwork is complete & accurate

14. Must acknowledge and follow all company rules, regulations and policy's.

Qualifications:

A. Experience

1. 3-5 Years of experience in Shipping/Receiving/Material Handling preferred

B. Education

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. Complete training in NRI material handling procedures

3. Maintain Forklift license
