About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) equipment sales. This role is responsible for developing new accounts, expanding relationships with existing customers, and serving as a trusted resource across an assigned territory. You'll play a vital role in building customer partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and positioning yourself as the go-to expert to support both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze assigned territory to identify sales potential and drive market growth.
  • Plan and execute effective sales calls and customer visits.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage the sales process from quotation through order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activity, and account progress.
  • Act as a consultative partner, providing technical knowledge and solutions to customers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally with technical equipment or industrial products.
  • Familiarity with NDT testing methods. NDT certifications are preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
