Launch Your Nursing Career in Dialysis

Are you a new or upcoming graduate looking to bypass the standard "med-surg" route? Step directly into a high-acuity specialty. As an Acute RN with DaVita, you won't just be a nurse; you'll be the dialysis expert in the hospital. You will work autonomously across the ICU, CCU, and ED, collaborating with hospital intensivists and rapid response teams to provide life-saving care for patients with acute and end-stage renal disease.

Why Start Your Journey with the Village?

  • Comprehensive Paid Training: No dialysis experience? No problem. We provide 9-12 weeks of paid, world-class training through our Rise curriculum, covering hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
  • Clinical Ladders: A clear, structured path for professional and financial growth with performance reviews and advancement opportunities every 3 months.

What You'll Do:

  • Specialized Critical Care: Deliver advanced inpatient therapies including Hemodialysis, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and Apheresis.
  • Collaborative Autonomy: Act as the subject matter expert while working alongside hospital multidisciplinary teams to adjust treatments and ensure top-tier quality outcomes.
  • Dynamic Environment: No two days are the same-rotate between premier hospital partners in the Columbus area and gain exposure to a variety of clinical units.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
  • Licensure: Active Ohio RN license (or eligible to sit for the NCLEX).
  • Mindset: A "team first" attitude, a passion for complex critical care, and a desire for continuous learning.

Ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our Village and start your career where you're supported from Day 1.
