Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical documentation, and basic patient care technology is expected. Outstanding communication, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are standout soft skills for this role. These competencies are crucial, as they ensure safety, effective patient care, and seamless collaboration in diverse healthcare environments.
