The Director of Interior Design leads the enterprise-wide interior design strategy for hospitals, ambulatory care sites, and administrative facilities. Qualifications:

  • Deep fluency in evidence-based design and its application to patient outcomes, infection control, and staff efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize brand identity through physical space.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and FF&E specification platforms.
  • Strong executive communication, budget management, and consultant oversight capabilities.
  • Familiarity with sustainability certifications (LEED, WELL). NCIDQ certification strongly preferred; licensure as a Registered Interior Designer (RID) also preferred.
