Position Overview The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Functional Management Oversight Specialist to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC). The selected candidate will provide expert-level oversight and operational support for critical NC2/NC3 mission systems, strategic communications platforms, and survivable command and control capabilities.

This role requires extensive knowledge of NC2/NC3 operational capabilities, strategic communications architectures, airborne and ground-based operational platforms, and modernization efforts supporting survivable and endurable nuclear command and control operations. The candidate will support operational coordination, enterprise integration, capability oversight, and strategic communications management activities across the NC3 enterprise. Required Qualifications * Active TS/SCI security clearance.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting: * NC2/NC3 operational capabilities and procedures. * Strategic communications systems and operational architectures. * NC2/NC3 operational platforms, communications systems, and modes of operation.

* Survivable and endurable NC2/NC3 capability development efforts. * Demonstrated experience supporting one or more of the following: * E-4 National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC) * E-6 TACAMO/ABNCP operations * Mobile Consolidated Command Center (MCCC) * SACCS * SATCOM systems * MILSTAR communications * AEHF communications architectures * Strong understanding of strategic deterrence operations and nuclear command and control mission requirements. * Experience developing operational assessments, briefing materials, and decision-support documentation for senior leaders.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to operate effectively in high-tempo, mission-critical environments. Desired Qualifications * Experience supporting USSTRATCOM NEC, Joint Staff, OSD, or other strategic-level organizations.

* Familiarity with NC3 modernization initiatives and enterprise integration efforts. * Prior military operational experience supporting strategic communications or nuclear operations. * Experience participating in NC2/NC3 operational working groups or enterprise governance forums.
