Job description

We are seeking an INTERNAL Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that will work collaboratively with the APP Clinical Manager as Academic GI Team Lead.

   
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides education, training, and support to patient/family to assist with treatment requirements, discharge planning and home programming. Demonstrates active listening and seeks further information to ensure clarity and understanding.
