JOB SUMMARY:
Rocket Arena is seeking energetic and professional Hosts/Hostesses for our newest VIP Club, open exclusively during Cleveland Cavaliers home games for the 2026-27 NBA season. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for high-profile guests in a premier sports hospitality setting.
** This is a part time, hourly position. Local candidates only. Non-local candidates will not be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet VIP guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival; check credentials, provide wristbands/passes when required and assist with coat check.
  • Escort guests to the club area and offer an immediate overview of club amenities.
  • Coordinate with other staff members of the club to ensure smooth and timely service for all guests.
  • Manage guest lists and assist with guest flow to minimize wait times and maintain club exclusivity.
  • Uphold privacy and security standards, respecting the unique needs of VIP clientele.
  • Reflect and reinforce Rocket Arena's commitment to elite guest service, professionalism, and world-class hospitality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Must have reliable availability for Cavs home games, including evenings, weekends, and playoffs during the 2026-27 season.
  • Must be available for entire season Oct 2026 - June 2027. Will work MOST home Cavs games.
  • Must be available for shifts starting around 4:00pm Mon-Fri, and open availability on weekends.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, clubs/lounges, or premium events.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a high-profile VIP environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive in fast-paced live event settings.
