Job Description & Requirements
Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25

This facility is seeking an Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.



Details and requirements for this opportunity:



  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4, two 5p-7:30am night calls for inpatient service.
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient
  • Type of cases and required procedures: Must be able to perform Oncology and Hematology experience preferred but not required. If no Oncology and Hematology, preferred experience with hospitalist work or acute care.
  • Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
  • Certifications required: Must be Board certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), a Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
  • Licensure required: Must have active Indiana license, active Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) (or one that is easily transferable)
