  • Provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of the University’s ERP and related enterprise applications.

  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements.

  • Work with Finance, HR, Student Affairs, Institutional Research, Enrollment Management, and Academic Affairs to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Provide responsive, customer-focused support and training to faculty, staff, and administrators.
Work With Data & Integrations

  • Write SQL queries and use reporting tools to analyze data and develop meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Help support data accuracy, integrity, security, and appropriate access across enterprise systems.
Support Projects & System Enhancements
  • Coordinate or participate in ERP upgrades, patches, testing, deployments, and configuration changes.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors on technical issues, escalations, software updates, and implementations.
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO), identity management, and role-based access initiatives.

  • Support FERPA compliance, data governance, auditing, and information security practices.
  • Assist with disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup validation activities.

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise applications, or institutional administrative systems.
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and reporting/data analysis.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, SSO technologies, or identity management.
  • Understanding of business processes in one or more areas such as Finance, HR/Payroll, Student Information Systems, or Institutional Reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A customer-service mindset and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications

You don’t need every item below to be successful. Experience with any of the following would be valuable:

  • Higher education ERP platforms such as Jenzabar, Banner, or PeopleSoft.
  • Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Microsoft 365 administration.
  • SAML/SSO integrations, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • SaaS and cloud-based ERP environments.
  • Project management or change management methodologies.

  • Turn business challenges into practical technology solutions.
  • Build expertise across ERP systems, data, integrations, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Contribute to modernization and operational efficiency in a higher education environment.
  • Serve as a key partner in helping faculty, staff, and administrators use technology effectively.
