Job description

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst who serves as a logistics and sustainment SME supporting readiness, maintenance, and supply chain optimization for Naval Aviation programs.
Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD
Hours: 0800 to 1630, Monday - Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800, Monday - Friday
Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Employment Type: Full-Time
Client: U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC)
This role is pending contract award
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct logistics and organizational studies and evaluations
  • Design systems and procedures to improve operational effectiveness
  • Analyze maintenance, provisioning, and supply chain data
  • Prepare logistics and readiness documentation
  • Lead mission-critical logistics and readiness initiatives
  • Oversee and mentor junior analysts
  • Lead sustainment trade studies and readiness impact analyses

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.
  • Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with various logistics databases and technologies and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
  • Secret Clearance
