This position operates within an outpatient office framework, providing the flexibility of remote work. • Develop and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with patients to facilitate open dialogue and promote healing.
• Conduct detailed assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect patient goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique dynamics and needs of clients, adjusting methodologies as necessary.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, implementing ongoing assessments and revising treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Provide referrals to specialized services when appropriate, ensuring patients have access to comprehensive care.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our outpatient facility serves a wide range of ages and backgrounds, providing an opportunity to engage with varied presentations and therapeutic needs. Your compassionate approach will contribute significantly to helping clients achieve optimal mental health and well-being.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is a required educational credential.
• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are crucial for handling caseloads and fulfilling administrative requirements effectively.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems is preferred.
• Previous work in hospice or end-of-life care is a plus, providing insight into a unique client population.
