We're looking for a Senior SAP Fiori Developer to play a key role in a high-impact SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation. This is an opportunity to build modern, intuitive SAP applications that improve the way Finance teams work by delivering exceptional user experiences, real-time dashboards, and innovative business solutions.

You'll work alongside Finance leaders, solution architects, and SAP developers to design and deliver custom SAP Fiori applications that drive automation, improve data quality, and provide meaningful business insights across one of the organization's most strategic technology initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and enhance custom SAP Fiori applications on SAP S/4HANA using SAPUI5 and modern development practices.
  • Extend and customize standard SAP Fiori applications to support evolving business needs.
  • Build intuitive dashboards that provide visibility into Finance operations, data quality, and system integration health.
  • Develop and consume CDS Views and OData Services to deliver secure, high-performing business applications.
  • Configure and customize the SAP Fiori Launchpad, including catalogs, groups, tiles, navigation, and role-based security.
  • Integrate Fiori applications with SAP backend services and external enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Fiori applications to improve usability and performance.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct usability reviews and continuously improve the user experience through stakeholder feedback.
  • Create technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.
  • Mentor fellow developers and promote SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 best practices across the project team.
  • Provide regular project updates while supporting an Agile delivery environment.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SAP implementation or SAP application development experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing custom SAP Fiori applications on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong experience extending standard SAP Fiori applications.
  • Solid SAP ABAP development experience within S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience with SAPUI5 development and responsive application design.
  • Strong understanding of CDS Views and OData Services.
  • Experience configuring SAP Fiori Launchpad, including:
    • Tile creation
    • Catalog and group management
    • Role-based security
    • Launchpad customization
  • Experience integrating SAP Fiori applications with backend SAP systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills for SAP Fiori applications.

Preferred Experience

  • SAP Finance (FI) or Controlling (CO) functional knowledge.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Finance transformation initiatives.
