The specific features and uses of an EMV Remote may vary depending on the provider or application.

As the Director of Product, Payments, you’ll own the entire payments strategy that powers how money moves across the business. Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

  • Drive collaboration with payment platforms and deliver scalable, reliable integrations that support restaurant POS needs.
  • Define payout and settlement standards, improving transparency for merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Build reconciliation capabilities that ensure accurate financial closes and audit readiness.
  • Establish a risk and compliance framework aligned with PCI, EMV, and industry standards to reduce exposure and maintain audit-ready posture.
  • Develop a high-integrity funds flow and ledger platform that supports balances, splits, fees, and reporting.
  • Improve authorization rates and reduce blended payment costs through routing, policy design, and optimization strategies.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 6+ years in payments, fintech, or retail product, with at least 3 years leading product managers.
  • Strong understanding of acquiring, gateways, clearing, settlement, and card network rules.
  • Familiarity with PCI and EMV security standards.
  • Ability to define and deliver product vision, strategy, and market analysis.
  • Experience integrating with major payment platforms (Stripe, Adyen, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong data-driven execution skills and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical teams and executives.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Pay Range:

$160,000 - $200,000 annually

Benefits That Matter to You:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401(k)
  • 100% Employer-Paid:
