  • Coordinate and connect families to a wide range of health, financial, educational, and crisis-related services.
  • Maintain organized files and data systems; ensure compliance with grant and program requirements.
  • Represent KCC and the WRK Group in community forums, events, and partnerships.
  • Support program evaluation efforts by administering surveys and tracking outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
What We’re Looking For

Conditions of Hire
  • Satisfactory criminal background and reference checks.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Skills and Abilities
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately in both written and verbal formats.
  • Build trust and motivate individuals toward self-sufficiency.
  • Navigate systems and advocate for families facing barriers.
  • Maintain organized case files and manage data entry with attention to detail.
  • Exercise discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
  • Adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
