Job description

Field Technician: Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach

Pensacola Beach Properties and Navarre Beach Properties is looking to fill a full time/year-round Field Technician position. This position includes a mixture of minor maintenance as well as unit departure inspections and guest arrival inspections. The ideal candidate will need to have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude. This is a fast-paced position that will require solid organization skills, calling and scheduling vendors, accountability of workload and the ability to manage and reconcile a credit card. Pensacola and Navarre Beach Properties is excited to offer health insurance, dental insurance, PTO and 401K as part of our benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.

Maintain units to PBP/NBP standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.

Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.

Warehouse organization and stocking laundry and unit inventory.

Non-Essential Job Functions

Remain available and responsive across all platforms throughout the workday (Teams,
Breezeway, Track)

Schedule:
