Nautilus Custom Homes: Finely Crafted Custom Homes

The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager. He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and build by using Gantt chart schedule
  • Provide accurate information for updates
  • Complete daily jobsite reports
  • Scheduling of subcontractors and materials; allowing long enough leads times for subs and material to be on site at correct times
  • Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.
  • Maintain safe work site, establish good job site housekeeping. Must maintain a CLEAN jobsite and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations
  • Review shop drawings for accuracy
  • Proactively problem solve
  • Champion Nautilus Homes processes

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient computer skills, and Procore certification/experience
  • Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings
  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high end Clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers
  • Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals
  • Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace Program
  • A passion for custom home building
