Indoor Assistant & Woodland Guide

Natureโ€™s Path Montessori โ€“ Hiring for August Start

Natureโ€™s Path Montessori is growing, and we are looking for caring, curious, and nature-loving educators to join our team beginning in August. Our program offers a unique blend of a thoughtfully prepared indoor Montessori environment and an outdoor woodland space where children explore, build independence, and connect deeply with nature.

What weโ€™re looking for
  • Montessori training or previous Montessori classroom experience (or a strong interest in Montessori and willingness to learn).
  • Experience working with young children in a school, childcare, or outdoor education setting.
  • A calm, warm presence and the ability to follow the child while supporting independence.
  • Reliability, good communication skills, and a collaborative spirit with fellow guides.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
  • At least 1โ€“2 years of professional childcare or classroom experience
  • Experience with Montessori philosophy is a plus
  • Certifications and Documentation
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Good classroom management and organizational skills
