Job description

Position Summary
The Reading Conservation Corps (RCC) is a seasonal workforce development and environmental stewardship program based in Reading, Pennsylvania, established in 2022 through a partnership between the City of Reading Public Works Department, Berks Nature, and the Student Conservation Association (SCA). The Fellow will update existing land management plans, as well as create new ones, and start implementing plans in the Spring. Data collection, tree and plant identification, plan-writing, and communication are desired skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative.
