Position Overview

Are you a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) looking to make a meaningful impact in the community? Join our passionate team at Native Health Center in Glendale, Arizona, where you will provide essential mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to engage with clients through telehealth and in-person services at our outpatient office.

Work Environment

This position operates in a supportive and collaborative environment, blending the convenience of remote work with the interpersonal connections of an outpatient facility. You will enjoy the autonomy to manage your schedule while collaborating with a dynamic team that enhances our ability to close gaps in mental health services. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Native Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document ongoing progress according to established company protocols.
  • Client Management: Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring each individual receives the support they need through therapy sessions, which may be conducted virtually or in-person.
  • Quality Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, including case managers and medical personnel, to deliver cohesive support to clients and their families.
  • Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed session notes, treatment plans, and client assessments as required for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Creative Interventions: Employ creative and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their mental health goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a wide array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to couples and families. You will provide therapeutic support that addresses issues such as addiction, relational challenges, mental health disorders, and other life transitions. Your therapeutic approach will be vital in guiding clients toward lasting recovery and improved well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
  • A demonstrated commitment to upholding professional boundaries and confidentiality standards in all client interactions.
  • A strong understanding and familiarity with diverse populations and cultural sensitivities.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous clinical experience working with a range of client demographics, particularly children, couples, and families.
  • Proficient in mental health documentation, including treatment plans, clinical case notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Experience with various therapeutic modalities or techniques suitable for individual and group therapy settings.
  • Knowledge of community resources and collaborative services available for clients.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
