OMS Consulting provides a traveling oral surgery service to dental offices, where we extract third molars under sedation. We achieve high-volume, high-revenue surgery days by providing our surgeons with clinical and admin support staff.


Our surgeons work as 1099 contractors and earn 30% of adjusted production, which averages $8k/day to the surgeon. You can work as little as 1 day per month or make it your full-time job.


Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain:

- Dental license

- ABOMS Diplomate (or be eligible)

- ACLS, BLS, PALS

- DEA and local permits as applicable


All candidates will be required to shadow our Lead Oral Surgeon during the second interview, during which, candidates will answer a few questions and watch the workflow of the clinic on a typical day of surgery in one of our many sites.
