Company Overview:
Allied Nationwide Security, Inc., established in 2003 and headquartered in Van Nuys, California, is a trusted provider of professional armed and unarmed security guard and patrol services throughout Southern California. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in service-based sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and contributing to the overall growth of our client base. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Van Nuys, CA.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales (security industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and work ethic
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold-calling, referrals, and company-provided leads
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts to initiate the sales process
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and senior leadership to develop effective sales strategies
  • Maintain and update the company CRM with accurate lead and customer data
  • Prepare and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Participate in marketing activities including trade shows and industry events
  • Conduct outbound follow-up via phone, email, and direct mail campaigns
  • Attend regular in-person sales meetings and training sessions
  • Prepare onboarding materials and post-orders for new clients
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations with prospective clients across Southern California
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs
