If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love solving problems in the field, and take pride in building efficient, sustainable systems that make a real difference - this role puts you at the center of it all.
You won't just manage projects - you'll lead execution in the field, drive performance, and directly impact energy savings and sustainability goals for commercial and industrial clients nationwide.
What You'll Do
  • Lead full project execution for LED lighting and HVAC retrofit installations across multiple job sites
  • Act as the on-site leader - coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, and timelines
  • Install electrical and HVAC equipment when needed (lead from the front mindset)
  • Ensure jobsite safety, organization, and quality always meet PCE standards
  • Manage project schedules and keep work moving to hit deadlines
  • Communicate daily with clients - providing updates, progress reports, and next-step planning
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship
  • Track materials and ensure accurate usage aligned with project BOMs
  • Maintain detailed daily logs using project software
  • Partner closely with internal PCE leadership to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions
  • Bring a "whatever it takes" mentality - ownership, urgency, and accountability every day

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of electrical or HVAC service experience
  • 2+ years in a crew lead, foreman, or project leadership role
  • Experience with retrofit, construction, energy efficiency, HVAC, or electrical projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Confident communicator who can lead teams and work directly with clients
  • Problem-solver who stays calm and effective in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
  • Experience with LED lighting or HVAC upgrade projects (strong plus)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Must be open to 100% nationwide travel

Physical Requirements (Field-Based Role)
This is a hands-on, active field leadership role. You should be comfortable with:
  • Lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Constant movement, climbing, kneeling, bending, and working overhead
  • Operating tools and equipment (drills, cutters, saws, lifts, etc.)
  • Working at heights using ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms
  • Wearing full PPE as required (boots, gloves, eye/face protection, respirators, etc.)
  • Safe operation of company vehicles
  • Strong vision/hearing (corrected acceptable)
  • Color identification for wiring work
  • Tool belt/load capacity up to 300 lbs total combined weight (as required for ladder safety standards)
