We provide these services in multiple computing environments and use technologies such as client/server architecture, object-oriented programming languages and tools, distributed database management systems, state-of-the-art networking, and communications infrastructures. Our honest and realistic approach to recruiting dictates that AG does not entice or lure engineers from their employers. We represent only high caliber technical professionals who have committed to making a change required by career.

Job Description

Top Three Skills:

1- WPF- Data Binding: This is one of the main things that they will be screening on(most candidates that miss are not strong enough with WPF/Data Binding. They will dig in deep to the WPF knowledge.(we have a current on the team that will do a technical assessment on WPF)

2- C#, SQL

3-.Net Development

Job Description:

Currently Nationstar is looking for a .NET Developer to help with the Development and enhancements for their internal applications. There is going to be little to no maintenance work, because they have resources that will be responsible for BAU work. They want someone who is able to create detailed technical documentation of systems enhancements that include: Design Specifications Documents, Report Guides, Systems Descriptions Documents, and CHange Control Forms. Deliver efficient code that minimizes systems performance impacts and minimizes post-installation issues. They will spend most of their time doing New Development within new and existing applications.

The candidates MUST have very good experience with WPF and Data Binding. They are essentially looking for someone who has done more than just one project within WPF, bc typically someone who has only had limited working experience with WPF do not make it passed the technical assessment.

Additional Information:

They would like someone who has prior mortgage experience, but it is not a deal breaker. This manager has not had that much luck with resources that are coming from large financial institutions(such as BOA, JPMC)-He is not apposed to someone with that background, but it has been his experience that they have a tendency to be pigeonholed within certain technology and they dont do well on his team. He ideally would like someone that has come from a smaller 1-3 person shop bc they have had to worn different hats, is more well rounded, and able to adapt quickly to the changes thrown at them.

Right now they have it structured as a 6+ Month Contract to Hire. They want someone who is eligible to work WITHOUT sponsorship. Nationstar currently has a contractor to FTE ratio of about 60/40 and the new CIO wants to have that flip flopped at least and be at 30/70. They have seen an issue with a lot of knowledge and skillsets leave that were on contract, so they are in the process of converting contractors and hiring FTE or C2H.

This position is backfilling one of our candidates who is not eligible to convert FTE.

We have a follow up time with this Manager for Friday 8-28-15 @ 8:30. this is not officially open in the VMS so there is very limited competition. They have had resumes sent without any luck becuase the candidates were too light with WPF. They only had about one to two projects with WPF or worked within a smaller application.

Additional Information
  1. Good comm skills are a big priority
  2. Duration: 6 Months CTH
