Recruiter - Jackson Nurse Professionals

Recruiters are the primary contact for clinicians and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top nursing talent into travel assignments nationwide. This role manages the full recruitment cycle and maintains strong relationships with clinicians throughout their assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed weekly metrics and individual recruitment goals.

  • Source, prescreen, interview, and match candidates to client needs.

  • Manage leads through the recruitment pipeline and close contract offers.

  • Negotiate compensation packages and coordinate onboarding with credentialing.

  • Maintain regular communication with clinicians and support them through each assignment.

  • Build and nurture a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

  • Update candidate records, documentation, and database files accurately.

  • Partner with sales and account managers to coordinate interviews and resolve issues.

  • Handle basic HR functions, including coaching, orientation assistance, and issue resolution.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve recruitment targets and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
