Sales Executive – Stamping & Manufacturing

Salary: $125,000-$150,000 + bonus

Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Cypress, TX office

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth in the stamping and manufacturing sector. This role will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our metal stamping and manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the stamping and manufacturing industries.

·   Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key industrial accounts.

·   Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop competitive proposals and solutions.

·   Prepare and deliver professional presentations, quotes, and contract negotiations to close business deals.

·   Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·   Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer records using CRM tools.

·   Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to identify new opportunities.

·   Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.

Qualifications:

·   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

·   10+ years of successful sales experience in metal stamping or related industry is required.

·   Strong technical acumen and ability to understand manufacturing processes and customer specifications.

·   Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals with industrial clients.

·   Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

·   Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

·   Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

·   Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
