About the Job

Role Overview: The National Sales Operations Assistant Manager supports the National Sales Operations Manager in overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations. This role involves coordinating various sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies across regions. The position will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Purchasing - Research & Development, Logistic, Sales Planning, Account Receivable teams, third party partners and agencies to execute and develop new initiatives that drive revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Operational Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of sales operations strategies and processes to enhance sales efficiency. 2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, generating reports to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement. 3. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize sales operations and drive productivity. 4. Coordination: Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales activities and strategies. 5. Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge. 6. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. 7. Project Management: Lead and manage specific projects as assigned by the National Sales Operations Manager, ensuring timely and successful completion. 8.
