Overview

Reporting to the Senior Internal Recruiter, the Internal Recruiting Associate works in coordination with the Senior Internal Recruiter to support various steps associated with the recruitment and hiring of internal candidates in Actalent field offices.  The Internal Recruiting Associate must have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and an drive for results as they are providing top talent from a diverse pool in the assigned market(s).

You Will

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, including:

  • Job Postings Platform Management: iCIMS, LinkedIn, Job Slots, Handshake
  • Volume Market Sourcing
  • Reviewing Applications/Referral Management
  • Pre-Screening Applicants (G2)
  • Scheduling Behavioral Interview(s) with SR IR
  • Ensuring EEO/OFFCP Applications, Dispositions and Compliance
  • Conducts Candidate Outreach Initiatives
  • Campaigns, incomplete applications, withdrawals/declines, etc.
  • Generates offer Letter/Background Request (Office Hires/Internal Transitions)
  •  Entry Level Recruiters, Sales Development Representative , VOP, SRC's and FSG

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be capable of establishing and maintain effective relationships with customers (virtually)

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to represent Actalent in a positive manner both internally and externally
