Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Tucson, Arizona.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations as defined by the client. (Preferred: prior experience meeting productivity benchmarks in SNF settings.)
  • No customer/service-related complaints and acceptable attendance record required for client consideration.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and durable medical equipment fitting.
  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
  • Work pattern: five 8-hour shifts per week.
