Job description

RESSCO Capital, LLC is looking for an experienced QSR Operations Director to oversee the operations of multiple Subway locations in Southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate is a strong multi-unit leader who excels in coaching teams, improving operations, and driving sales growth.
Location: Multiple locations in Michigan
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants within the assigned geographic area
  • Train, coach, and support managers and staff to meet performance and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations as outlined by Subway and the state
  • Drive sales growth and profitability using performance reports and KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and develop shift leaders, assistant managers, and restaurant managers
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and implement improvements
  • Support local and national marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with ownership and fellow district managers to share best practices
  • Completed the University of Subway training requirements

Key Job Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of multi-unit operational management experience in QSR or hospitality
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
