Job DescriptionTheย Operationsย Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient branch and warehouse performance. This roleย manages order processing, inventory control,ย logisticsย scheduling, and documentation activities toย maintainย smooth daily operations and superior customer service. Theย Operationsย Coordinator partners with internal departmentsโincluding Sales,ย Purchasing, Repair Service and Operationsโto ensure accuracy, compliance, andย timelyย completion of all operational tasks that supportย SouthernCarlsonโsย commitment to service excellence and operational integrity.ย ย
What Youโll Do- Coordinateย and manageย daily branch and warehouse operational activities, including order entry, invoicing, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
- Ensureย all sales orders, purchase orders, and transfers are processed accurately andย in accordance withย company procedures.
- Support inventory management through monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, andย assisting with cycle counts and product returns.
- Support repair service invoicing, customerย satisfaction, tool repair completion.
- Oversee and provide administrative support for operational documentation, including vendor invoices, credit requests, and internal audits.
- Ensure adherence to SouthernCarlsonโs policies, procedures,ย trainings and safety standards at all times.
- Perform other operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
What Weโre Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in operations,ย logistics, customer service, or administrative support.ย
Experience within a distribution, construction supply, or industrial environment preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
