  • Serve as the primary point of contact on-site - coordinating between customers, project managers, engineering, and service teams
  • Drive fulfillment of contractually agreed installation terms, on time and on scope

  • Ensure safety and compliance protocols are in place and followed - every site, every time
  • Document progress through weekly reports and milestone updates with your Project Manager

What You'll Bring
  • Technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, master craftsman certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in complex industrial equipment
  • Proven experience as a site manager for large-scale machines and systems
  • Knowledge of panel processing, furniture, or cabinet production - a real differentiator here
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage field crews and subcontractors across concurrent projects

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you figure it out

Why You'll Love This Role
  • High-visibility field leadership position with direct impact on project outcomes and customer relationships
  • Work on complex, high-value capital equipment installations - no two projects are the same
  • Collaborative support from engineering, project management, and service teams who respect field expertise
